REFUND & RETURN POLICY
Returns are accepted only in cases where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@mechearchive.com, including a description of the issue and clear photos. We will assess the situation and arrange a solution.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Faulty or damaged upon arrival

Unworn and unused

Returned in its original condition and packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, sizing preferences, or normal wear.
CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES
All custom and made-to-order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please contact info@mechearchive.com before sending anything back. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
If a return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at info@mechearchive.com.
EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, only if the item is faulty or damaged, as stated above. This policy does not apply to custom or made-to-order pieces.
